Like any major 13th chord, the Bmaj13 chord is formed by playing the root, the major third, the perfect fifth, the major 7th, the major 9th and the major 13th. Note that the 11th is usually omitted. It equals to playing the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and the 13th degree of the B major scale.
