D7+5 Chord
Like any 7+5th chord (also: 7sharp5 chord, or altered chord), the D7+5 chord is formed by playing the root, the major third, the augmented fifth and the minor 7th. It equals to playing the 1st, the 3rd, the sharp 5th, and the flat 7th degree of the D major scale.
